WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY OF THE ROULETTE WATCH
AMD Inc. will gladly accept the return of undamaged merchandise that has not been worn, used or sized subject to the following limitations: For a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original for of payment. All returned merchandise must show a return authorization number, which should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please contact our customer care department by email at service@roulettewatch.com to obtain a return authorization number. Watches are inspected upon receipt prior to issuance of any refund, exchange or credit. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned/refused. Yes, The Roulette Watch has a complimentary 2-Year Guarantee. AMD Inc. warrants your watch against manufacturing defects for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase. If your watch should fail within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at our option without charge. This warranty is limited and does NOT cover: 1. Defects related to service NOT authorized by AMD Inc. and 2. Defects with evidence of tampering, misuse, abuse, alteration or wear & tear.
